This large free-standing bag has a base that can be filled with water. It is great for karate, kung fu, boxing and kickboxing. This type of bag replaces hanging bags and can be used to punch, kick, elbow, low kick, knee, headbutt, etc.

The base once filled with water will reach an approximate weight of 270lbs, ensuring excellent stability. The whole structure measures approximately 5'10" giving you a vast striking area.
